Question:
Ball and Chains
Dear reader,
I have been in Japan now for a while now.
But it is the fist time for me to acutally drive in Japan and would like to go skiing.
I have heard stories that you don't need any snow chains if there is no snow on the road.
I have also heard that no matter how the road condition is, if there is a sign to put snow chains you need to put them on.
I do not know which rule to follow and have not been able to go up to the mountains.
The season is getting close to an end.
Could anyone give me any advice?
Cheers,
John
